Small single tipped graver made on a cortical obsidian flake. Obsidian is an exotic (non-local material) on the North Slope and we would only find a piece or two of it per season. The other piece of obsidian depicted in this webpage is a scraper located at I5. Most likely, both pieces came from the Batza Tena source near Fairbanks, Aklaska.
